Introduction

Usage-Based Charges

Your use of our Service is subject to usage-based charges. These charges will be calculated based on your consumption, including but not limited to the number of transactions, volume of data processed, or time spent using the Service.

You will be notified of the rates applicable for each Service prior to usage, and these rates may be updated periodically.

By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable charges incurred during your usage. Charges will be billed on a recurring basis, and you will receive an invoice detailing all charges incurred in the previous billing period. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Service access.

We are constantly updating our Service, and that means sometimes we have to change the rates and legal terms under which our Service is offered. If we make changes that are material, you will be notified of the changes for each Service prior to usage. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new rates and terms will take effect. Refunds

Except when required by law, paid charges are non-refundable.

Termination

Peasy Solutions may terminate your access to all or any part of our Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using our Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You represent and warrant that, the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it, and the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

This Agreement does not transfer from Peasy Solutions to you any Peasy Solutions or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Peasy Solutions. Peasy Solutions trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Service, are trademarks of Peasy Solutions or Peasy Solutions licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Service may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Peasy Solutions or third-party trademarks.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Peasy Solutions.

Peasy Solutions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Our Service is provided “as is.” Peasy Solutions and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Neither Peasy Solutions nor its licensors, makes any warranty that our Service will be error free, continuous or uninterrupted or the results of using the Service will meet all your requirements. You understand that you use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Translation

These Terms were originally written in English. We may translate these terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version will control.
